"This was apparently the 1st week this hotel at this location was open. Since I booked on hotels.com, it took the staff a little bit to treat my reservation check-in correctly, but afterwards it was alright. The room was good, but as one of the people booking a room the 1st week, there was no garbage bin or can in the room (odd), I had to call for the TV remote, and the ice machine wasn’t working.
