"Very friendly staff. Restaurant has amazing food. Rooms were clean and stocked everyday. Security for the building checks hotel keys prior to entry after 10pm so that not just anyone can enter hotel area and access elevators, escalators. Front desk immediatley responded to a need I had. The concierge staff was friendly and very helpful. When I return to NYC, I will definitely stay at The Westin again."

"Great place to stay! Central to many things. Time square is nearby. Train stop nearby to catch a Yankees game. They also have great breakfast and great coffee in the small cafe. Also the smell and lighting in the lobby is friendly and inviting. They have a nice rooftop bar for cocktails and a pretty good hotel gym. This was my second time staying here and plan to head back. "
