"It was our second year staying at the hotel for the Salute to Cobra Kai convention. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, the Pub restaurant was good and their staff extremely friendly. My only complaints are (which are the same for this time as well as last year) that it was extremely cold in the rooms where event took place. Last year we asked the front desk if they can raise the temp. They don't. This year many complained again about how cold it was. We were told it is up to the hotel engineers whether they want to adjust the temp or not. It just made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, the hotel in and of itself is nice."

"Thousands of beautiful tulips all around, eating/restaurant opportunities were excellent, parking was easy. Only issue was therre were not enough clothes carts available at check out"

"We were told our room was unavailable when we called, but by the time we arrived 2 hrs later, accommodation had been made. The manager was very nice. The other staff did not seem to answer the phone when she was there. We would call with no answer, but if we went downstairs a minute later she would be sitting right there. The breakfast was extremely limited - "a to go" or something - one donut and a cup of coffee. No where to sit. We were also told this hotel houses several homeless individuals, and that things were stolen from the hallway. when meant for the person in the room it was left at. In general, the two bookings we made through you this trip were of much lower quality than we have experienced before. This was very disappointing."
