"I wish I had checked out a map of EWR airport as I waited at the wrong spot for pick-up. The text from the hotel said to wait at P3 so when I went out from terminal A there was a sign "3" and I waited incorrectly there. From terminal A, one needs to take a shuttle to the air train to P3 building for the hotel shuttle pick up. Also, in the morning there is no sign up to reserve a spot for the shuttle to return to airport, so I went down way early to be sure I got a place on the shuttle. The staff except for one were helpful. The room and bed were comfortable and clean."

"We checked in early just to drop off our luggage, charged an extra 50$. We were there less than 24hrs. The hotel did not smell good. The staff were not friendly. Unfortunately the pictures make this hotel look amazing for the price we paid. "

"Don’t get me wrong, price fairly good, but to get out of there early morning is a nightmare, one exit before George Washington Bridge. Inside the room cleaning was good."

"Over crowded and tight parking spots , then you charge your customers an outrageous rate for parking daily, which no one staying at the Hotel should pay at all , everything looked outdated "

"Room was larger than I expected. We utilized the shuttle to go to and from the airport and it was very quick and easy. Breakfast was a standard hotel buffet, but no complaints. The breakfast room was spacious and clean. I would stay here again. "

"For the price, this was a perfect find. In town for a couple days for work and simply needed a clean, affordable, and comfortable place to lay my head. Very quiet room. My phone charger broke and guy at front desk charged my phone for me. Not bad…not bad at all"

"I checked in on a Tuesday night and was treated very nicely and cordially be the front desk staff. My room was kept very clean. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the food and the service. Thanks to the maintenance staff, the day front desk staff, and the restaurant staff."
