Very comfortable hotel with great breakfast options. Walkable into central Gosforth.

We used the hotel as a base whilst I underwent some tests and procedures at the Royal Victoria infirmary. The staff could not have been more helpful and all in all the quality of our stay was exceptional. The bedrooms are understated but well-equipped. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay - the full English I felt was a bit small for what I paid but other hot options looked pretty good - would consider that next time and the continental breakfast was good. Staff were lovely.

We only stayed 1 night for an open day at the nearby university but couldn’t fault them and if our son gets into this chosen uni we will definitely be using this hotel to stay for visits. The staff were very friendly and accommodating

I stayed here for work. Booked a family room but was changed to an exec room as I was traveling alone. The hotel was very centeral to jesmond, spotlessly clean and staff friendly. My colleagues room seemed a little more dated so i would recommend you opt for the exec rooms. Breakfast was included and whilst a few items where missing and not replaced there was a good choice. Overall i was very impressed.

We only needed a one night stay, but we were made to feel very welcome by the friendly and very helpful staff. I make the Hotel staff down to 4 because of one manager who insisted on making the receptionist check us out when it would have been easier and quicker for him to do it. However the receptionist at check out was wonderful.
