"Spent 4 nights at the ITC Royal Bengal with two young kids. We were thoroughly impressed by the property, the food but more so the service. During breakfast, the executive chef Mr Ranvijay personally came up and enquired how we were doing. When he saw we have a baby with us, he gave us his personal number so that we can ask for anything for the baby. Which we did and they were always delivered to us right on time. We can't thank him enough for his help. I am going to stay at this place every time I am in Kolkata."

"Quite a treat of a small hotel in a friendly area. The hotel is situated opposite a park which is used regularly by locals for cricket, football, games and general hanging out. The rooms / beds are comfortable but overall the hotel needs tidying up or redecorating. Service is excellent: staff do all they can to help and ensure our stay was good. WiFi is hit-and-miss. "
