"My family and I stayed at JW Marriott Kolkata last weekend. We had the most luxurious stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. But the food was the highlight for us … it was simply divine. Big thanks to Arvind Singh (operations manager at JW Kitchen) for organising the restaurant so incredibly well. Excellent quality food and amazing service! Huge shoutout and gratitude Souvik and Bishal for serving us with the utmost hospitality and care. Souvik really went over and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us find preparations suitable to our pure veg dietary requirements. Souvik really excelled in his service. Thank you Souvik! Also thanks to Shreya at guest relations for her friendly and smooth checkin. I really appreciated her hospitality alot. " I stayed at Fern Inn near Ballygunge Railway Station for 6 days, and my experience was genuinely amazing. The staff members were extremely helpful, and the host Avishek was experienced, polite, and very cool in nature. The owners were a very patient and humble couple, which made the overall stay even more comfortable. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and worth the price. Some reviews mentioned noise because of the nearby railway station, but I personally never felt any disturbance — it was peaceful throughout my stay. Overall, a wonderful experience with absolutely no negative points. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "
