"We had a great stay. Kaif who did our checkin did a great job and took us to the room and gave us a walk through. Restaurant staff were very courteous and the food was excellent. Breakfast was awesome yummy. Checkout was easy as well. Special shoutout to the team who packed our breakfast as we were leaving pretty early in the morning. Overall very positive experience. Will strongly recommend this facility and looking forward to come back again. Thank you for the hospitality the entire team gave...

"Awesome hotel with wonderful staff and amazing amenities."

"The only reason for the 2 star is due to the cordial behaviour of the staff and manager. All there linens and towel has become old and blackish layer has formed. The buffet needs to improve."

"Great location .. right in the heart of the city.."

"Luxurious and delicious breakfast with lot of variety"

"Exceptionally bad. Very dim lighting. All amenities breaking down, e.g., the bath tub ceramic is chipped at probably 50% of the places and is basically unusable. They made no provisions for drinking water (you have to call every time you need it, which takes time) and they gave just one worn out towel which is to be used for bath, wiping hands, etc. I checked out after just one night."

"Place is terribly bad and u guys should visit the property otherwise we will not trust Expedia anymore for promoting these kind of properties ."
