We woke up at 3.30 am from terrible noice because someone decided to slam walls/doors with a hammer for at least 15 minutes, then someone from the staff decided to do some very noisy cleaning around 04.00 am. "Ruken Konagi is a beautiful old building in a convenient location. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately there is no sound insulation, so you can hear everything that happens in the building - talking in the hallways, other alarms etc. Breakfast was basic, but acceptable. "
