"If you are a non-smoker then this hotel is not for you. My room and the hallways constantly had smell of cigarettes. "

"It was one night. They have latenight reception so tgat was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They provided simple enough linen. There was noise especially close to morning with doors opening and people walking across the corridor. Maybe some bit of sound proofing would help."

"Very accommodating staff who were very helpful. The south side rooms are next to a busy tourist/shopping area with lots of neon signs, blinds are required but once they (and the door) were closed, no issues at all. Shower was a little musty but otherwise all things worked great!"

"We had a great time at MonaLisa. The staff was friendly and the room had a great view. The hotel was relatively easy to find and in a good location, only a short walk to the marina. The hotel had a nicely updated interior and breakfast with tea and coffee was a nice way to start the morning."

"We enjoyed our brief stay in this hotel during our Cappadocia experience. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was actually tasty and well prepared. The room was clean. For a one night stay it was perfect. Our only issue is that as a small hotel, our driver from Kayseri airport and shuttle next morning for the balloon ride had difficulty finding it. We were a bit anxious as pick up time for balloon ride went by. Luckily we made it on time. I saw there were numerous other similar small hotels...

"We had some problems with our initial check in and the state of the room when we arrived, which was really frustrating. However, what made it a great stay in the end was the manager, Abdul, who really went out of his way to make it a good experience when he was on shift the next day. He also recommended us some great restaurants in the area that aren’t just tourist traps! "

"The hotel offered driver pickup at the airport which we accepted. The driver was shady as can be. He brought us to the hotel and said look at the room quickly and we will show you another property we own nearby and you can choose. He took us to the next town and proceeded to take our luggage out of the car. The room wasn’t sufficient for five people and didn’t have air conditioning in 100 degree heat. The provided us with fans and said not a single hotel in the area had AC, which was completely...

"Everything about our stay at Hotel 37 was excellent. Our hostess was very professional and did a superb job in helping us feel welcome, comfortable and cared for. Breakfast was the best on our travels so far. Besides the normal "Turkish breakfast" items, the kitchen produced a different variety of cold and hot dishes each morning. "This is a nice little guesthouse in a great location near the heart of Gaziantep. The family is really nice and the room is clean with a remodeled bathroom and AC. Wifi is strong as is the hot water, and there is free parking available."
