"Amazing place to stay and it’s very close the the mall "

"The room was full of smoke smell, my kids developed skin rash. The lights were half broken, water tap was not functioning, floor was not clean. The rooms look far from reality. Area is so disconnected, entrance is sketchy. I booked for 10 nights and checked out after one night, they took all money and didn’t give me anything back, despite me being reasonable and responding to all their flase claims. Avoid this at all costs if you can. Looks attractive but a big scam. Even Expedia team was struggling to get in touch with the manager to discuss my case. Hope they read my review and give me my money back."

"Unpleasant smell in the room from the previous cigarette smoke. This hotel only for the smoking guest where smell of cigarette can be heavily detected especially in two elevators. "

"Fabulous place to stay, so close to the metro etc. very quiet and peaceful with great poll and sauna. Breakfast was excellent also, staff are very helpful. "

"We recently stayed in this hotel after moving from another and we would definitely recommend it for anybody although it’s located close to quite a busy main road gives access to quite a few very big shopping malls with a short distance to walk, two lovely restaurants, very reasonably priced and lovely food. The staff cannot do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Istanbul."

"My wife and I stayed here while I was getting a medical procedure done. I think it is used by several different facilities because many of the people who stay here have been to get something done so you will fit right in LOL. It is convenient for that but there really isn't anything else close by that you will enjoy to do. It is a safe area though. The staff are excellent and very helpful. They have two restaurants there. The roof top one is on the expensive side. The one on the main floor was quite decent and respectably priced. The breakfast buffet was quite good and included with our room package but if you had to buy it separately I don't think I would because the stand alone price for it was expensive. They have Spa facilities there although we didn't have time to use them. We looked at them but personally I don't think we would use them because it seems a bit old school. Meaning men go here, women go there, I don't think you are allowed to go together. Good comfortable sleep. Very respectably priced. Only improvement I could suggest that they make is to enable you to watch your Netflix account on the TV because there is almost no English TV for you to watch. "Good hotel and ideal location close to Train station and shopping mall. Train to famous shopping area in Istanbul was about a 25 minute ride. "

"Booked a room with 2 double beds. Only for them to say the room doesn’t have 2 double beds and we have to pay extra. "
