The people in the streets start shouting at around 8am. The drilling and banging in the room directly above mine began at around 10am and didn't stop until around 6pm. "Hotel was clean. Close to tourist areas. Tv remotes did not work and claimed there were elevators but none to be had. Also somewhat difficult to find. Streets very narrow for cars to access. They need to get one remote not use two to be able to use the tv. "
