"The hotel rooms smell musty and moldy. The AC was decent but seemed to have quit in the middle of the night. The mattress was awful. It was obviously a very old mattress. It was very worn in, to the point my partner and I had to sleep spaced apart as we would roll into each other. Both of us woke up with back pain and involuntarily slept at an incline. We would not stay here again for this reason. The bathroom and shower were nice. They seemed to have been recently updated and the shower was all glass. "

"Room was somewhat clean. The floor was a bit dirty and there was one bug on the bed. We were expecting for the mattress to be a bit more comfortable. The mattress is super firm, towels are still and the toilet paper is super cheap and thin. Went out to buy my own toilet paper to use. The bedding and towels do not give a resort feel at all.The base from the music at the pool starts every morning around 9am so if you are a light sleeper be aware. We needed a luggage dolly in order to bring up the luggage, water and pack-and-play. When we got there we waited 30 minutes for the valet to bring it from the lobby building to building 1. At checkout when we requested the dolly they said it was not policy to provide it to the guests and that we would have to call to have the valet come over and assist us with it. This was so inconvenient for a parent of a toddler and baby trying to load and unload the car. Positive - Great pool and proximity to the parks. The food at the marketplace was delicious and super convenient. "

"Ok for the price. Hotel needs work. Many areas are dirty and rust all over the place. Rooms are great. Pool area is great for kids. The food is great also. Mg main issue is with the drug smoking on site is a terrible experience to have i. Vacation with children guest need to respect more the children. "

"We had a great stay at Vacation Village on Parkway in Orlando. The location is excellent—very close to Disney and many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen and plenty of space for our family to relax after a long day at the parks. The resort grounds were clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, and the amenities like the pools and hot tubs were a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay if you’re visiting the Orlando theme parks. Good value for the space you get, and convenient for families."
