Very clean for a hostel type accommodation. convenient location. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm with private bathroom, so can;t comment on the bigger dorms. YMMA It was rather loud thou on a sat night. Not sure whether the noise was from its own pub or somewhere else. there was only 1 double electrical outlet to serve 4 of us, thus knocking 1 star off the amenities rating.

整體是方便且價錢便宜的青旅

房間裡沒有暖氣設備，冬天入住要注意個人保暖/ 個人置物櫃裡附有插座，但有一些是故障的，就需要和別的旅客借用插座/ 熱水有些忽冷忽熱，浴廁清潔度可以再提升/ 櫃檯人員服務非常友善！每天出門前都可以詢問當天特別的活動及景點交通/ 整體來說是方便且價錢便宜的青旅，但離free tram zone需要走一小段距離

Bien mais chauffage ne fonctionne pas.

Auberge agréable, les sanitaires sont très propres, le linge de lit également. Un grand casier que vous pouvez fermer avec un cadenas vous appartenant est disponible dans chaque chambre. Toutefois dans la chambre le chauffage ne marchait pas et une fenêtre ne se verrouillait pas ce qui faisait une rentrée d’air... il a fait très froid pendant les deux nuits ! Une grande cuisine est disponible, elle est bien équipée et très propre. Une caution de 10$ vous sera demandé en liquide contre la remise de la carte qui permet d’ouvrir la chambre et accéder à l'ascenseur.

Clean, comfortable and friendly

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly. It’ll be even better if they can specify on what terms WiFi will be free and otherwise how much it’ll cost before booking. Because I just saw “free wifi” on hotels.com but it wasn’t free for me actually.

Had a wonderful stay over night at the Urban, the reception staff were very helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the outside noise was annoying! but other than that I really enjoyed the stay thank you.

Fantastic stay . Right from arriving we felt welcomed. So close to crown plaza . Supermarket 2 mins walk and McDonalds right across road . Room had evertything we needed . Central melbourne it was . Would reccomend for budget acccomodation 😀

Well if you book a fifth floor hotel room on a sat night and expect to sleep you won’t. The downstairs nightclub music goes through the whole building until 1am. The next room group came home at 530am and turned their own music on. No phone call answered at reception, went downstairs and found a security guard at 630am who shut them up. If it’s too loud I’m too old? No sorry. A building full of partying Millennials who were not smacked as kids don’t give a toss about other guests but themselves. Want to sleep, go somewhere else, want to party, great place to do that.

Despite the 2 stars we decided to book the place because of the high rating from other guests. The room was small and the air con/heater machine is loud and not working well. Shower is timed.. so if you can afford paying some more I would not recommend staying here.

Nice hostel close to the city centre

Although it was a good hotel, a close by night club made loud noises until around 5:30 in the morning. Hard to sleep with the constant thumping base
