Room fine, helpful staff, pool clean, breakfast what you expect from hotel buffet. second time we have stayed at a Hampton Inn and both times lived up to expectations taking price into account.

The hotel was welcoming and staff helpful - it was a nice room and overall the hotel was as expected. It is out of town and next to the highway, which made access to other facilities dependent on driving. Breakfast was ok but limited to a buffet.

We stayed for one night and it was great. Classic old motel. Comfortable rooms, very sweet owners, plus a great price!

Fantastic break not far from the Finger Lakes. The staff were first class, approachable and always on hand to help. The room was very comfortable and clean, the kitchen was a bonus and had everything needed, perfect use of space. There was lots to do with waterpark (though pricey), activity centre (skiing, zip wire, bungee, laser tag etc) and lovely surroundings you could easily spend a few days just on site. Cortland is a very little town

Absolutely beautiful property. Delicious breakfast and Shelley and Drew were fabulous hosts. I couldn’t recommend the benn conger inn enough.

Really brilliant home, very comfortable and excellent set up, very convenient.

Very friendly staff. Location was perfect.
