"Wonderful stay on campus. Hotel is beautifully maintained. Staff is overly helpful. Enjoyed a drink at the bar, great atmosphere. Loved complimentary water in rooms and upon check out. Loved it will def stay again."

"Place was clean but very run down. Rugs dirty, tub all rusty., mattresses could have been a better quality. Ok for one night but if I could have found another room even for double the price I would have switch places."

"Room 205 is the most disgusting room I have ever seen. There were stains on carpet, bedding and towels, dismantled smoke detector, hairs in bed, mouse droppings in the bathroom. The room smelled of food that was recently cooked. The whole place needs to be updated and cleaned. The only positives were the staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok. How is this ok and charge what they do for a nights stay is beyond me! Do not stay here!!"

"We were very comfortable. We didn’t have our room cleaned during our 3-night stay, but they replenished our towels without even asking. The in-room coffee was not great, but they offer Starbucks for purchase in the restaurant."

"We've been visiting this hotel for many years. It has a path in the back leading right to buttermilk falls State Park, which is huge highlight. But the hotel did change ownership in 2024, and it seems it's still finding it's stride since then. There were renovations last year, which we were excited to see. We found the resulting lounge well done but quite small. The lobby is nice but not a huge change. Seems they need to work on the rooms... our room needed a new shower fan and toilet seat for starters, and the AC did not work, but might be because it was early in April... But it was quite warm! If breakfast is included with your reservation, then go for it.. but it's not with paying for it, it's similar to a breakfast at a Holiday inn."
