The staff knew it was my son’s 18th birthday and also that we were in town for a college visit, and they surprised us with the sweetest note with cupcakes and balloons in our room. Above and beyond! Convenient walk to train or downtown. We arrived early and thought we'd store bags with doorman, but our room was ready and they allowed us to check in early for no additional fee."
