"The room is exceptionally good; it feels newly constructed. The staff is very polite, well-behaved, and neatly dressed. I would like to award a 5-star rating to the location, as it is situated in the heart of Goa and the LTC bus stand is just 400 meters away. The building is completely peaceful and quiet. Had a really pleasant stay at Relux Holiday Home. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Madgaon market is just a 10-minute walk, so great for shopping. Overall, nothing negative to say — everything was genuinely good.

This was the most amazing stay I've had in Goa. The whole place is beyond beautiful and exquisite. Its a heritage property with class hospitality. The food was the highlight for us. The chef made a very special dish for us which all of us loved and made us feel very very special. He ensured we had a great time and enjoyed talking with him. A must visit place.

So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks!
The food and drink on point too.
Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed...

We had an extremely pleasant stay . What we would recall the most would be the beautiful sea and beach which our room faced , the really pleasant and super-friendly staff who would go all out to please you as a privileged guest . The level of service everywhere is very high . The facilities and bar and restaurants there are also very nice . There is a huge swimming pool very well laid out and excellent gardens in a 45 acre property with jogging and walking tracks .

The staff are very well trained, and provide a great experience. The quality continued throughout our stay. Diwa wing was nice with its own little reception. I visited this place with my family and we really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The owner Mr. Derek is a fantastic host who took us around in his car to show places in Panjim, arranged for nice breakfast every morning, guided us to good restaurants and also arranged for vehicles for sightseeing and drop to railway station.

Stayed in this hotel a few times now. As per normal it is excellent. Near enough town if you want a little walk, beach short taxi away. Food in restaurant is amongst the best I have had in a hotel. You must have the Goan food.
