staff very friendly, room spotless and very comfortable the restraunt was excellent. the only thing that annoyed us was we had been advised to only use the black and yellow taxi cabs as they had meters in them. the doorman called us a cab from the front of the hotel, the driver at first was most helpful so much so that we booked him to take us to our coach when we left Mumbai, for some reason he then said he was unable to personally take us but would send a friend to pick us up, the friend...

Excellent hotel but not impressed that they charge for wifi and have a complex registration procedure requiring you to set a password just to access wifi !

I booked this hotel for a couple of days to spend with my parents in Mumbai. The staff were so lovely leaving us with such good memories of our few days in Mumbai. They were super helpful, very polite and dealt with any queries as soon as possible. They also made a cake and decorated the room with balloons for my mother’s birthday when I asked them for just a little something. They made a whole cake! The reception and dining area are exceptionally good. The breakfast was first class. Compliments to the chef. The rooms are a good average - clean and tidy. Location central to key attractions. Ticks plenty of boxes.

The hotel was a convinent location for shopping and had lots of restaurants near it. As far as site seeing went we went in a taxi to the gate of India and to Bandra where all the Bollywood stars live. We saw Juhu beach and Santa Cruz and Likoni Bazaar and the famous Chor bazaar. We also went to Mohammed Ali Road where we saw the actual busy traffic of Mumbai along with beautiful clothes and Indian art work.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The location is excellent and convenient for local sightseeing and shopping. The check in/out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. It was my wife's birthday and the team helped to make our stay in Mumbai memorable. They upgraded our room, decorared it and even provided a cake! Beautiful property with lovely staff, service was excellent and the room was perfectly finished. Would definitely recommend for those visiting bandra!

We stayed for three days in January. The hotel staff were all excellent and helpful, especially Nayim. We felt safe and easily walkable to all the main attractions in Colaba . Wonderfully quiet away from Mumbai's hustle and bustle but shops, and restaurants nearby.

Having stayed in a couple of others in Dadar, my expectations of cleanliness were pretty low.
