The attendant Stephen was very helpful and helped in any way he could.A very helpful and friendly person who would help with anything you requested.A big shout out to Ajay the room attendant who made sure that everything was OK with the room.A very good stay indeed.🙂

Checked out within 30 mins of checking in. The property was in a really poor state with filthy carpets, poor decor, outdated rooms and rooms that required alot of walking from the elevators. Air conditioning poor considering the roof is glass and the sun is shining

There was some kind of noise like someone pushing stool or chair from upper room.so they shifted me from 2nd floor to 6th floor .Here also the same kind of noise, not sure where the noise is coming from in spite of several complaints
Totally disappointed with the stay.
Dinner was included in the stay but the quality was not good for its 5 star rating.
Also felt poor service in dining hall as no one bothered to wish you and ask what I needed .This was not for 1 nite but thru out 5 nites of stay
