"The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We were there in the middle of an unseasonably hot weekend and our room AC was not working well - they had no problem changing rooms - we didn't even have to ask. Great location - about a 15 minute walk to anywhere in downtown. Quiet corner location."

"Hotel Felix was very clean and the front desk people were helpful. Our room was very small with two beds and there was no room for three people to open our luggage and stay organized. I used the gym on the second floor twice. Although there was a huge selection of weights, there were no 10 pounders or 20 pounders, but four sets of 15 lbs and 25 lb weights. The location close to Mag Mile was fantastic and there is a Starbucks, McDonald’s and Walgreens close by. "
