"The hotel was beautiful and cleaned. I was disappointed that upon arrival I was offered two queen beds and I had reserved a king bed. The staff person was not very helpful at the beginning. She mentioned I needed to reserve a premium room to warranty the room with a king bed. I asked if there was a room with a king bed and she said no, it was sold out. I insisted and was irritated, I didn’t want two queen beds. I went with my husband and wanted to enjoy my stay comfortably. I told her I would pay the difference I didn’t have a problem with that and magically there was a room. I feel she should’ve offered the room with the king bed without me telling her that I would pay the difference. To make the story short, I got my room with the king bed and was lovely. I would give a 5 star to everything besides the little hiccup 😉😉😉Be very careful when making reservations since is not very clear.😉"

"Beautiful hotel, loved the cleanliness. Areli was amazing, always very nice and on top of everything we needed. Cafeteria staff downstairs wasn’t so friendly. The breakfast upstairs is amazing and the staff provides good service although the genuine friendly piece lacks both in the restaurant upstairs and most definitely downstairs in the cafeteria. The lobby staff is great. Overall the hotel is very nice and clean and is in a great location."
