"Location is so convenient if your flight is late and need to rest, the staff is great, the restaurants outstanding but the property needs better maintenance. The water temperature for the shower took more than 20 minutes to warm up which is so inconvenient if you’re are on a schedule. Also I think is a crime to spend so much water in a huge city that has water problems distribution in some areas. The faucet was dirty . It shows some make up stains from previous guests I guess . Overall is good but the water temperature experience was terrible."

"The magnetic door opener did not function well. It took 10-15 tries to finally open. The toilet seat was too flimsey. The food is excellent and the services at the restaurant very well."
