I stay here at least twice a year, its good to have zero travel before going home. The beds are super comfy and excellent shower. Breakfast is a wide as you can get, endless choice. Finging the elevator in T2 is always an adventure but thete now a arrow pointing to them, when you get nearby.

We arrived at midnight. Check-in went smoothly. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The towels and linens were not 5 star by a long shot. There was no free water provided at all. The bottle at the coffee maker was empty. However, it was a convenient stop since we were getting in so late and out so early the next day. Had we arrived earlier, we would not stay her again.

The hotel was fine. However, it took us at least 40 min to check in because our reservations for our rooms ( 2 rooms for 2 couples) could not be found. I believe it was a problem with Hotels.com and not the hotel itself. The front staff however was quite nice and accommodating and found us two rooms. So what could have been a terrible problem for us was averted. My husband says he no longer wants too use Hotels.com for making reservations!

The rooms were very well kept, clean and comfy! There were a few details that caught my eye regarding small details on facilities maintenance. Examples are a loose shower water valve in the shower, and a toilet seat that looked worn and loose. Small touch ups here and there in the hallways can go a long way for giving a good impression to future guests. The staff were very friendly.
