La relación costó / atención de su staff dejó mucho q desear. El hotel está en un área segura y conveniente. Me asignaron en una habitación donde el ruido del bar/karaoke era muy fuerte y al día siguente yo presentaba un examen muy pesado, medio lo arreglaron bajando el volumen. Al día siguiente por la mañana no había agua fría para bañarse. Honestamente entonces este hotel cobra solo por la ubicación excelente que tiene y nada más.

The hotel is located towards the south of the city. The area is safe and walkable at night - plenty of dinning options and bars around. They have valet parking - although you pay for it, it’s worth the convenience. I was given a VIP upgrade to a suite on the top floor, with a phenomenal view of the sunrise over the volcanoes and the city. The suite itself was perfectly appointed, with everything you might need and more. Definitely will be back in our next trip to the city and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Really nice hotel with everything you need around you. Plaza across the street with banks,food etc. About 30 mins from The Angel of Independence and Estadio Azteca. Estadio olímpico is down the street so that was convenient.

Refrigerators in the room are empty, they only give you 2 small bottles of water per day, barely enough to make coff, which they only give you coffee the first day then you have to buy it daily. We went to restaurant connected to the hotel and they charged my card twice. $110 turned into $220 I asked everyday for a week and was never reimbursed. Much history but don’t stay in this hotel. For what I spent I could have got all inclusive in Cancun. They have 24 hour room service but at cost. No amenities I saw except the Starbucks in the lobby. Very disappointed
