I have never written a review but my stay was so awful I felt compelled to do so.
To start, our room was located at the end of a hall appeared to be part of a decrepit building with crumbled drywall, exposed wires and holes in the wall.
Upon entering, you realize that the shower/ sink area is actually exposed and open to the room.
The lights are on "sensors" go on and off on their own
No wifi, they sent the bellman to the room & someone that appeared to be from the restaurant to try and help us connect but no one could figure it out. We went without internet and cell reception was poor.
We returned late after a concert (like 230am) water had pooled from the sink onto the cabinets below and was brown in color, it did not feel like the air conditioning was working and some of the lights would not turn off and kept flickering - we resorted to disconnecting the lightbulb and we wanted to be sure to get sleep before our return home. This was foreshadowing on what was to come...
My husband woke up at 7am because it was unbearably hot to discover that we lost power in our room. They sent the bellman (now in street clothes) to fix, and this went back and forth for an hour before they had to move us to another room for the last couple of hours before we checked out to leave. That room also had poor air and shower leaked all over the floor and created a pool of water in front of the room door.
I have never had such a horrible experience. I don't know how this is a 4 star hotel.
