"This hotel is located right across the street from the four seasons hotel. Hotel Regina, in my opinion was better than the four seasons hotel in service, amenities and location. Our room even had a flat iron for my hair. We were greeted with cold water upon arrival and had a free cocktail in the bar after check-in. This hotel is located in the center of town. A short walk plaza del Sol or plaza mayor. Lots of great people watching available on the small streets nearby."

"Nice bedroom, spacious, clean, quiet. Good option if you go driving, as public transport can be a bit difficult in the evening. "Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is not central, but it was perfect for our short trip to Madrid, with easy access to the airport. The room itself featured a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, however, one staff member at breakfast seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic. Despite this, the breakfast buffet itself offered a good variety."

"Very good location - nice for a first-time visit. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Building is well renovated. Rooms could be better for the price though - A/C was very loud so had to keep windows open instead (the would not work so well if I went in summer), one time there was some unpleasant bathroom smell, and card key kept demagnetizing twice a day - time to fix the card system. Would still recommend the place overall."
