Nice clean hotel a short drive from Madrid Airport. A few local bars and restaurants close by, and a supermarket. The hotel had its own bar and restaurant. Excellent staff. Good value for the money, not high quality but a great place to stay.

The common areas are rather unkempt. The walls in the rooms are thin so you can hear everything happening around you (suitcases hitting the floor and rolling upstairs, babies crying in the next room, people slamming doors and walking down the hall). Reception was kind and beds were comfortable.

I really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of most of the staff. The room was clean and our request for extra towels was provided for in a timely manner. The staff did accommodate storage of our refrigerated prescription meds. One downfall is there is no mini fridge or microwave in the room.

This hotel is not really near the airport, certainly quite a drive to the international terminal 4. Also, it does NOT have an airport shuttle despite being advertised as having one. The decor is a bit odd with clouds painted in white onto a navy blue hallway rug and scenery on the room's ceiling. One advantage is that there is a supermarket right next to the hotel. It's clean enough and the bed was comfortable enough. I would have made a different selection had I known that it did not have the airport shuttle.
