"It’s disgusting to have to walk through a smoky casino to check in. Also, all the restaurants are open to the smoky casino so you can’t escape from the smell."

"The hotel was filthy from the hallways to the rooms. There were stains on the bed, the walls, the carpet. The stench in the lobby and the hallways was terrible. The staff was very unhelpful. I was told that there were no other rooms available then right after I watched them tell another couple that they had a FEW rooms available for them to choose from. Would not reccomend"

"If you Don't know, the bartender, you will not be served.No matter how much you play at the machines , and if you do get served and ask for a bloody mary , it will come out like s**** because she does not know how to make it casino service was very poor could not get my second room until after 5 o'clock.Service on the casino floor was just outright terror the only good thing you can say about this casino was the restaurant had decent food.Really good staff and friendly in the restaurant. The rest of the casino really needs to learn customer service. And just how to be nice"

"My tv worked for about a min and then the picture completely went black in the king bed room in room 314 would have been nice to be able to watch tv and wind down upon return in the evenings - it was my wedding weekend and I had purchased 3 rooms for my entire family. I would really hope an option for a discount when purchasing so much for a weekend. Overall did enjoy the hotel, staff there was very nice - but I saw some people get little gift bags - I didn't get one of those either?"
