Overall an excellent stay. A problem with the original room at check in was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. The breakfasts were plentiful, with a vast choice and a highlight. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent too. The hotel location was ideal, walkable to the Marina bay sands area, Raffles hotel and several shopping centre.

Perfect stay, travelled with 2 friends, the sofa bed was great, it was an actual single mattress. The room was spacious, spotless and well appointed, based on some reviews I was worried it would be a bit dated but it wasn’t at all. Very well placed for getting everywhere. MRT station close by. Staff very helpful, especially Venesa the concierge We had an executive room this gave you access to the executive lounge served complimentary afternoon tea and complimentary evening cocktails and nibbles. Room had everything you needed and very comfortable bed Everything was super clean. Would highly recommend and would stay there again

The staff was super attentive and helpful. The property had a nice airy feel to the place which in Singapore is a rarity as all hotels are high rises with buildings on all sides . What I did not like was the rooms were small And so were the bathrooms . Very tight squeeze for a luxury hotel . We stayed at the Pan Pacific for 12 nights in November and loved everything about the suites. Comfortable lounge and bedroom with fantastic views of the Singapore Flyer. Well equipped kitchen and dining area. Complimentary breakfast served everyday except Sunday with good choice of cereals, fruit, pastries and eggs cooked to order as well as oriental dishes. The hotel was nice but our hotel stay was made amazing by Ying Zi Shang of the concierge team. She was extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to, if I wanted to discuss my plans for the day. Our hotel stay would not have been the same without her.

Excellent breakfast-best to go early to avoid crowds. Caters for all tastes and food very fresh. Room very clean and fresh. Plenty of towels. Very handy for shops and restaurants.

Wonderful, helpful, friendly, efficient staff. Nice touches in hotel too: free laundry (2 items per day), good WiFi, complimentary cold drinks in room and if you run out, always supplied on request. Really liked the free ice cream too! 😊 Highly recommended

Breakfast was great-there was a variety of continental food options. Location was great-near Somerset MRT station. Very convenient! There were a lot of malls, shopping centres and plazas nearby. The rooms were clean with all the amenities that you needed-you could ask for more amenities and they would be happy to give it to you without any charge. There was an Indian restaurant and a tandoor downstairs which was perfect for when you don’t understand what you want to eat outside.
