Very good property and very convenient too

I take a family room. It's 2 room and quite spacious. Really close to MRT station. The hotel easy to find, staff really helpful

Nice Location close to shopping areas and restaurants. Nice Clean Rooms. Shower area needs Conditioner along with Body wash and Shampoo. Good Breakfast options. Restaurant menu is a bit limited.

The staff was super attentive and helpful. The property had a nice airy feel to the place which in Singapore is a rarity as all hotels are high rises with buildings on all sides . What I did not like was the rooms were small And so were the bathrooms . Very tight squeeze for a luxury hotel . Upgrades are difficult to come by in terms of points as their loyalty program has its limitations as the brand geographical spread is limited . Staff were very friendly. Convenient for MRT stations (3 nearby). Very clean. Good breakfast. Disappointing choice of food available from the bar in the evening.

The hotel was nice but our hotel stay was made amazing by Ying Zi Shang of the concierge team. She was extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to, if I wanted to discuss my plans for the day. Our hotel stay would not have been the same without her.

The bed was very comfortable. The room and the bathroom was nice and clean.

We loved The Park Royal. It was a great location, friendly and helpful staff and the choice at breakfast was excellent.

Great price hotel close to MRT and shopping malls. We had a club room which was well worth the extra. Patrina deserves a mention as an exceptional staff member in club lounge. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean and spacious. We are boking again for New Year.

We stayed at the Pan Pacific for 12 nights in November and loved everything about the suites. Comfortable lounge and bedroom with fantastic views of the Singapore Flyer. Well equipped kitchen and dining area. Complimentary breakfast served everyday except Sunday with good choice of cereals, fruit, pastries and eggs cooked to order as well as oriental dishes. Just a one night stay but it was a fantastic location, clean and friendly place. Loved the microbrewery just in the courtyard. Overall a great place and we will definitely stay longer in this hotel next time we visit Singapore. Highly recommended.

I had a lovely stay here and would stay again. My room was very comfortable and spacious with excellent housekeeping. The staff were warm and welcoming. The location is a little out of the way but a bus stop is within 10 minutes walk and the island bus service is excellent and cheap and easy to use with a credit card tap in/out system.
