Great hotel and good value for money. Clean room and fantastic facilities. Staff on the whole were good but had an incident with one member of staff overcharging me which took some sorting out.

Nice clean room, fairly quiet and close to the freeway convenient. I did not appreciate the unsolicited “wake up call” from the front desk at 4am… I didn’t ask for it and when I checked out at 5:45 because I couldn’t go back to sleep, there was no apology or anything.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with helpful staff and a good breakfast. The area is very well served with shopping and restaurants.

Amazing property, friendly helpful staff, spacious clean rooms - couldn’t say enough good things about the staff here, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Sophia at reception who checked us in and out and was very accommodating to our late check out request. Floor was filthy, grime.Complained and it was just wiped with a damp cloth, twice. Still filthy. Needed scrubbed with detergent.
