"My friend and I stayed for two nights prior to embarking on a cruise. The hotel was a very nice place to stay, easily walkable to shops and restaurants downtown. It’s a short uber ride to south beach and the cruise ports. Great restaurant on site. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful when we had questions. Would stay there again. "

They gave us another room and “discounted” us the different between the room we booked and the one we got so essentially I paid full price for a room I didn’t book. He was not accommodating at all. "
