"Our stay at the Hampton Inn Miami exceeded expectations, especially traveling with two young kids. We arrived earlier than expected, and the staff was incredibly accommodating with an early check-in, which made a huge difference for our family. Their friendliness and understanding really stood out from the moment we walked in. The room was clean, well-maintained, and a comfortable size for all of us. It felt like a great balance between practicality and comfort, which is exactly what you want when traveling with children. Another big plus is the location — having places like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Walgreens just steps away made everything so convenient, whether it was grabbing a quick meal or picking up essentials. Checkout was also extremely quick and hassle-free, which is always appreciated when you’re traveling with kids and trying to stay on schedule. Overall, a very pleasant, stress-free stay. We’d definitely come back."

"Casa Rosa is in a perfect location—it's literally within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, and destinations like Target. There’s also a bus stop just around the corner from the property, which can take you to Miami Airport, Downtown Miami, and South Beach, making it very convenient. The neighbourhood also seems very safe and friendly. I didn’t have any issues or problems during my stay, and I felt comfortable throughout. At the time of booking, this was advertised as a hotel, but it’s not really a hotel—it’s more like an Airbnb. You get your own private bedroom, but there are two shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen. There are five bedrooms in total, so you could be sharing the space with up to four other families, couples, or solo travellers. The air conditioning is shared across all rooms, so if one person turns it up or down, it affects everyone. I think it would be much better to have separate air conditioning units in each room. There is daily housekeeping for the communal areas, such as the kitchen and bathrooms. However, your room is only cleaned after you check out. Cleaning supplies like mops and brooms are provided if you want to tidy your room during your stay. There’s also no access to a washing machine, even though there is one on-site, so you have to request clean towels and ask for the bins to be changed. That said, the property itself is clean and looks very nice. I would stay here again, but only on a short-term basis 1 or 2 days"

"DO NOT ACCIDENTLY PARK IN THE WRONG SPOT because they will put a sticker on the car which does not come off & they only call you to inform you to move your car & give you no time to move it before placing the sticker on the car. The property manager was very rude & aggressive towards me & told me to "get the you know what out of his office" several time & stood up walking towards me at 1 piont telling he's going to call the police if I don't get out of the you know what of his office. I went in the office calmly to discuss the parking issue. We apparently were parked in the wrong spot but we we're never told we had a assigned parking spot (apparently it on the tag you hang from the mirror but that tag has several different numbers on it ) On the 5th day out of a 6 day stay they informed me of this & put a sticker on our rental car. It said it was going to be towed if we didn't move it. They called one time in the morning while I was in the shower & left a message. We moved it within the hour of the call. No other attempt was made to contact us to let us know we were in the wrong parking spot. I tried to explain to him we didn't know we were assigned a spot. He told me his staff are robots & tell all guests the parking details & they don't make mistakes they are 110% accurate when giving info & did tell us we just didn't listen. Not enough space to for alll the details but we did mmediately leave to a safer hotel This hotel is run by an unprofessional man. "
