Can't say a bad word about this hotel or the staff clean and tidy all staff very helpful we had a great time in cologne and the hotel toped it off will recommend to everyone

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. Staff were exceptionally helpful. We arrived late in the evening and they quickly helped us arrange dinner somewhere nearby. We had a beautiful room overlooking the Dom. The hotel is located perfectly for the train station. Thank you to all the staff who also gave me a birthday card and cake.

I loved the aesthetic of this hotel. Staff really helpful and friendly at check in. Great aircon, comfortable bed and really quiet. Good supermarket one side, Asian restaurant the other and bars opposite with tables outside. Lovely communal area on ground floor of hotel if you preferred that. Was easy to walk to the cathedral and old town but a bit away from the hectic tourist bustle. Loved it!

The room was nice, comfy beds and great pillows. Very nice staff. Breakfast was great.

Hotel is just a few minutes away from the train station. Friendly staffs. Breakfast is really good. They have different options to choose from. Room is clean. Family friendly hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed with my daughter as we went to a gig in Cologne. Very good location, near lots of bars and restaurants. Public transport is very close too. Rooms were clean, staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again.

This hotel is very accessible, with tram station nearby. There is a supermarket and dm in one minute walk. Staff are lovely and helpful. I didn’t have breakfast there, it costs €16. Overall it’s a lovely hotel.

Just got back from amazing trip to Christmas markets in Cologne. Hotel was perfectly placed - just 4 min walk from the cathedral and main market and 5 min walk from station. Hotel was clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had! Thoroughly recommended.

I stayed with my three kids at the hotel in a spacious room with a beautiful view of the Rhein and the Dom. It is conveniently located to explore the centre. The breakfast was outstanding with an incredible choice! Warm options as well as various cereals, good selection of Broetchen (bread rolls) and other pastries, jams and even three kinds of honey!!

We visited this hotel for 2 nights in December for a Christmas markets trip with our 2 young children. It is a 10 minute walk from the central station and cathedral and the area is very quiet. We had an early flight and arrived at the hotel very early for check in. Unfortunately our room wasn't ready earlier than the check in time, but the member of staff that we spoke to was so friendly and helpful, giving us tips on where we could go locally. This hotel ticked all the right boxes for me. It's a 10 min walk to the main train station and the amazing Cathedral (Gothic at it's finest). 2 min walk to the river. Very quiet location. Always felt safe at night. Staff friendly and happy to offer advice on sights to see/things to do. Breakfast was excellent, room always perfectly clean. Bathroom small, but ok, and very clean. This hotel was close to both the city centre and to the River Rhine. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. An exceallent, good value, breakfast. Well recommended.

The bathroom had old amenities and ripped towels. The rest was great!
