"This hotel is within a couple blocks from Cathedral, very convenient. Not your typical reception desk…it’s inside the restaurant. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The rooms were nice and good size. There are several restaurants along the walkway and we had river view. Parking garage was near. Only complaint was the cigarette smoke from outdoor restaurants could be smelled if window was opened on 3rd floor. "

Auch wenn immer noch rege Bautätigkeit in Bad Neuenahr herrscht, könnte der Balkon von Zimmer 150 wöchentlich eine Reinigung vertragen. Im Bad ist der Seifenspender am Waschbecken mit Panzerband befestigt. Hier sollte die Haustechnik Abhilfe schaffen. Die Minibar war nicht gefüllt und somit hat die Kühlkombination nur Energie verschwendet. Sehr netter Service im Bistro Oro mit annehmbaren...
