"The AC was not on or did not work and I couldn’t control it. They advertise AC so that was a disappointment during this Euro heat wave. Very muggy air, super stuffy and uncomfortable for sleeping. Too expensive for what it was."

"Perfect Location if you want to be in the middle of Cologne. Very nice swimming pool and highly air-conditioned wellness facilities. The bar was a nice place for meetings and work, but all self service and no healthy foods. I was expecting at least to get some beer on draft. Especially because I was there during a heat wave, the hotel provided for all my needs. The staff was very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would happily stay in that hotel again."

"This place is in a great location, just a short walk from the main train station and the cathedral. A short stroll out the door and you can experience the Rhine riverfront, or turn left and head into various market squares. Our double room was very spacious with a large bathroom and clothing storage. This was a great selection and we will definitely stay here again!"
