"Arriving at the property we were a little unsure about the booking as it seemed to be in a bit of an industrial area. However, once we saw the main buildings and checked in, we were extremely happy. This was a fantastic room! It was huge with a nice saddle up bar in the kitchenette area and had a nice balcony to soak up some German summer sun. Being outside of downtown Cologne was a big plus as it was super quiet overnight. Getting to Cologne was easy using the fantastic DB train system. The gentleman at reception/check-in went above and beyond by helping us figure out how to use the train system app and where/how to get tickets and get on the train. This was one of the best customer service experiences we had while in Germany. If you are planning to visit Cologne I highly recommend this property as it gives you a quiet and comfortable accommodation while being a quick and easy train ride from downtown and old town Cologne. "
