Das Hotel ist für den Preis wirklich echt klasse. Die Zimmer könnten allerdings demnächst mal eine Renovierung spendiert bekommen. Es ist schon alles etwas älter und leider auch nicht alles perfekt gepflegt. Das Restaurant ist wirklich sehr schön renoviert worden und das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet! Nach dem Schema die Zimmer wären echt top!

Im hotel ist Parkplatz, Frühstück und Zimmer gut. Es ist gut und günstig. Das frühstück ist vielfältig und große Auswahl. Die Betten sind sehr gut, gut geschlafen, der wasserdruck super, Netto nebenan, in der Nähe von Köln.

Het goede aan het hotel was dat het ruime kamers waren en het was schoon. Het in en uitchecken ging vlot, personeel is vriendelijk. Gratis en goed parkeren. Het ontbijt is echt fantastisch! Het grote minpunt was dat bij een van onze twee kamers de airco kapot was. Dat konden ze op het moment van verblijf niet maken. Waardoor met 32 graden buiten, de binnentemperatuur hoog opliep, er een raam open moest, waardoor er insecten binnenkwamen en de hele nacht lawaai van verkeer en blaffende honden. Dus twee dochters die bloedchagerijnig waren doordat ze de hele nacht niet hadden geslapen. Het personeel vertelde ons dat de kapotte airco kwam door achterstallig onderhoud. Dat is ronduit zonde want verder was alles uitstekend. Geen 5 sterren maar 4 vanwege airco. Gaan ze het hotel goed onderhouden worden het 5 sterren.

As camas estavam empoeiradas, pois quando deitei vi a poeira levantar, parecia que foi arrumado algumas semanas antes. Infelizmente não tirei foto, mas não iria aparecer na foto de qualquer forma. Não havia frigobar, mas eu levei meu próprio frigobar. O café da manhã estava impecável com muitas opções e o pessoal super solícitos.

Het is een prima hotel, wel wat gedateerd. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Prima bedden, maar vrij kleine kamers en geen koelkastje of plek om te kunnen zitten buiten je bed. Ook is er geen koffie of thee voorziening op de kamer. Maar om enkel te slapen en douche is het goed. Er waren voldoende gratis parkeerplaatsen en mocht dat vol zijn is er tegen betaling nog een garage onder het hotel. Ook het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid. We gaan zeker nog een keer terug.

Sauberes Hotel in günstiger Lage, wenn man zu Phantasialand möchte. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl und gut strukturierten Bereichen, weiterhin gibt es für Abends auch eine Bar und ein Restaurant. Vor Ort stehen viele kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

The hotels location was great for us as it was in a lovely area and on the bus route to phantasialand. However of a night the restaurant food options were not very good. A lot of restaurants were closed mid week within the area. We stayed for 3 nights and not once in this time did the room get cleaned or towels refreshed. We had to go to reception each night asking for fresh towels. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and breakfast was lovely with something for everyone. The rooms are very small we had wheelchairs with us and struggled to get the chairs into the rooms as the doors are very small. For all the little niggly things this hotel is a budget hotel and was perfect for what we needed as a family

Visited during a heatwave and the aircon was non existent on arrival, requested to borrow a desk fan which the staff kindly obliged to. They attempted to then repair the unit after a second request which improved conditions slightly in our room but the corridor still remained much cooler than the room in comparison. The room we were in felt like it was in the middle of a repair or had some issues recently as we also had no safe available to use as well as roof tile water damage from the very same aircon unit. Its an ideal location for Phantasialand but if I were to visit again I would unfortunately choose elsewhere, especially in a heatwave.

Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht von diesem Hotel, solche Zimmer überhaupt anzubieten ist dreist . Schimmelwasserfleck an der Wand von der Klimaanlage und auch sonst wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist das Zimmer in keinem guten Zustand! Die Nachbar Zimmer sahen leider genauso aus . Das einzig Positive war das Frühstück und das nette Personal . Aber definitiv würde ich hier nie wieder übernachten.

Café da manhã fantástico. Mas sem variação de um dia para o outro. Caso você fique muito tempo, isso pode ser um problema. O ar condicionado (raridade em hotéis da Europa) é Ok. Fora essas pequenas questões, todo o resto é muito bom. Equipe muito prestativa e educada, quarto com um tamanho muito bom, Wi-Fi funcionando bem. Bem localizado (10 minutos de caminhada da estação Brühl Süd) e sossego. O Hotel fica em uma localidade bem silenciosa. Recomendo demais.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und nach unserer Ansicht relativ frisch renoviert. Das inkludierte Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Personal am Empfang sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kleines Manko ist der Wellness Bereich. Hier könnte auch einmal modernisiert werden und an den Öffnungszeiten gearbeitet werden, da diese mit 22 Uhr relativ früh schließen. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt am Hotel zur Verfügung. Allerdings muss man früh kommen um einen Stellplatz zu bekommen. Fußweg in die Innenstadt dauert ca. 15 Min, Fahrzeit zum Phantasialand weniger als 10 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt gut gelegen und man kommt mit der Bahn gut ins Zentrum von Köln. In die Therme Euskirchen sind es auch nur knapp 25 Minuten. Auch die Eifel ist nicht weit weg. Das Frühstück war gut und der Raum ist modern. Die Zimmer könnten durchaus etwas modernisiert werden. Der Mülleimer im Badezimmer war kaputt, die Bettdecken (unterhalb des Bezuges) waren vergilbt. Ein Fleck war auch auf der Bettdecke. Leider roch es auch nicht so angenehm im Zimmer. Grundsätzlich als Unterkunft, um dort zu übernachten, reicht es aus. Das Familienzimmer dürfte allerdings ruhig etwas größer sein.

My wife and I were in transit from Calais to Frankfurt and we needed somewhere to stay en route. This hotel came up in my search and was within my budget, so I booked it. I'm very glad I did! It's a modern, comfortable place, with many features that made our stay memorable. First and foremost, I must mention the front desk and restaurant staff. Every time I spoke with them during our stay, they were hospitable, helpful, and extended us every courtesy to ensure we were well looked after. I don't remember their names, but they all deserve to be acknowledged. I was a corporate trainer for 50 years and travelled extensively during that time, staying in thousands of hotels. Accordingly, I have developed a mental checklist of things I like and things I dislike when it comes to accommodation. I'm pleased to say that the H+ hotel in Bonn had no negatives! Some things I approved of: - Free self-parking with no height restrictions (I have luggage on my car roof rack that usually precludes using underground car parks.) - Elevator. My wife has limited mobility and cannot climb many stairs. - Air conditioning. The outside temperature was uncomfortably hot, but our room was cool. - Lots of hot water in the shower, with good pressure. - Power outlets on the wall each side of the bed. (So many hotels nowadays just have one power outlet by the desk on the wall opposite the bed making it inconvenient to charge my phone overnight or to work on my computer while sitting up in bed.)

Wir waren hier aufgrund unseres Besuches im Phantasialand +++ Super Nähe zum Park (5Min mit dem Auto) ++ + Kostenloser Hotelparkplatz +++ Gutes Frühstück, guter Frühstücksraum die Gäste gut verteilt +++ Das Hotel bietet für einen Besuch im Phantasialand einen sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis und würde jederzeit mit Kind wieder hier übernachten.
