"Staff were absolutely lovely, the room was very good in size and decently clean. The hotel is modest, so fixtures aren’t latest and greatest, but I was very comfortable staying there for 4 nights. "I booked a superior room and boy was I glad I did. We were on the top floor, level 12 and the views over the water towards the mountains, Arctic cathedral, cable car were superb. The room was spacious, but I’d say the bed was a double not a queen. Breakfast was excellent and we had no trouble getting a table. There’s a coffee/tea station by reception which is available 24/7 for free use. Also some cakes/chocs in the afternoon. Location is excellent, literally opposite the bus station if using the airport bus and only a few minutes walk into town. Staff all friendly. Overall a great place to stay! "
