"Of course the setting in Lake Louise is wonderful no matter where you are but this hotel is close to a busy intersection and train tracks so expect noisy freight trains throughout the day and night especially if your room is on that side. typical 2 star amenities and decent breakfast buffet but is extra and no longer included. Very large hot tub that is clean and well maintained. note that there is no elevator which could be a challenge with heavy bags for second floor rooms. the beds were comfortable but pillows awful. rooms and bath have been updated in our main lodge room. the other building has laundry facilities. the shopping center across the street has cafes, restaurants, shops."
