We had a lovely meal and a drink on the terrace looking out over the river, it was bliss! Staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was awesome, we had a great time, we'll definitely be back!"

The room we were in was a little tired looking and in need of a refurb, there was a very strong and unpleasant musty smell when we entered , the room was however clean and the beds comfortable. Staff were all lovely and breakfast was very good . Enjoyed our stay . "

"We stayed for a weekend at The Ro hotel and had a lovely time. The staff are all friendly and work so hard. The hotel it's self is slightly dated in some areas but that adds to it's charm. We also used the wellness centre and would definitely recommend it. It's really clean and modern with lots to offer. The hotel is is really central to windermere, we were able to walk everywhere easily. We'd definitely stay here again."
