"Staff and house keepers are amazing "

"Parking was great and staff responsive. Was totally unimpressed with the manager telling us we have to bring our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get more clean towels. They dont pick up dirty towels and replace them at request in between 3 day cleanings. Ive never had to do this. Also, garbage gets fulll when cleanings are only every 3 days."

"The rooms are small, and the walls are paper thin. I could touch the wall to the bathroom from my side of the bed, and could hear absolutely everything through the wall. I could also hear toilets flushing and water running in other close by rooms. The door to the room was was not sealed well (you could see light shining through the sides, to and bottom) and we could hear every voice and footstep of people walking by. I listened to someone have a full conversation in the stairwell by our room for over 20 minutes at 3am, before I had to step out and ask him to have his conversation elsewhere. This would not have been an issue if there was any insulation or sound canceling measures in place. The peephole looking out to the corridor was stuffed with tissue by a previous guest. Which is a statement about not only attention to detail by cleaning staff, but how bright the light shined in from the hallway. The continental breakfast was sad. Very little available and lower quality than expected. "

"there was coffee in the rooms. the thermostat was on the wall very easy to figure out and controlled the room temperature beautifully"
