"Love the location and manager cute boutique hotel nice rooms great breakfast offerings. Very, very small lift, you’re in Europe. Close to Viking River Cruise and of coarse the Eiffel Tower. Be sure to take the hop on hop off tour boat. It is quite a long walk. Don’t believe the staff saying it is just a ‘little’ walk."

"The biggest complaint we had was ice. The room was provided with an ice bucket but there is nowhere in the building to get ice. They want you to call room service for ice and then pay the fee for room service staff to deliver the ice. When you have to request ice multiple times it get very inconvenient and expensive. Our room phone had to be replaced which took two days to do because it was not operational and we had to walk to the lobby every time we needed something. The thermostat was inoperable which made conditions in the room uncomfortable at night when you want the room cooler. There was no soap available near the sink either. Other than that, the staff was very kind and helpful during our stay."

"Regarding a missing item during my recent stay from April 24 to April 26, 2026. I discovered that my tan leather Kate Spade sling bag went missing from my room. I last saw the bag on the hook rack on April 24. I noticed it was missing on the evening of April 25 and confirmed it was gone on the morning of April 26 when I needed it to hold my passports. I reported this incident to the front desk prior to my checkout on April 26, but I have not yet received an update. While I was cautioned about safety on the streets of Barcelona, I did not expect an item to go missing from within my hotel room. :( "

"Exceptional customer service very friendly staff, they make the customer feel like a King (or Queen), Cleaning services very good, Nice breakfast with good assortiment of different fresh fruits daily, Amazing rooftop view. We visited in the winter, can only imagine how Amazing it will be in the summer. Walking distance to public transportation and a huge mall where you can find anything. Lot's of local shops nearby. Definitely recommend!"

"You get what u r paying for. Cheap accommodation, 5 minutes away from the subway. Super small rooms, but ok for me because I was in Barcelona to visit the city, not to watch TV in the hotel room!"

"Hotel really nice and the top floor with sun loungers was really nice. pool is very small but nice. Only issue we had was that it is at least an hour walk into the main part of city. Metro is close so you can use this. We walked down the path next to the beach into the centre but construction is going on along the complete path. In a few months it will be really nice but currently its like walking through a building site. Also no local Nice local restaurants / bars nearby apart from in the nearby Shopping centre. If we were visting Barcelona again I would find a hotel closer to the centre."
