"The only problem we had was with the tv reception. Normally not a problem but because there was a possible hurricane entering our home vicinity we wanted to keep informed of what was happening"

"Great property with even a private rainforest trail. Lots of maintenance effort to make this place a great home away from home. Room is perfect, feel like living in a forest."

"only issue there was is the ac did not get very cold. i set the temperatre to 64 degrees, which is the coldest setting, and the room felt like 70 degrees. also not a big deal unless you arriveing on a late flight, office hours are only 9-5, checking in after 5 is an issue"

"Nice old plantation style house with a beautiful yard and view of Hilo. Staff was nice and helpful, even tho I arrived a day and a half late. Very peaceful place to stay, with birds chirping in the morning and coqui frogs croaking at night."
