First of all, I would like to thank Sansmit, the Assistant Lobby Manager. I was very upset at the way I was handled by the young ladies during checkin and their inability and/or unwillingness to resolve the problems I faced on the first night. However, when I brought the issues to the knowledge of Sansmit, he acted on it right away and took care of me extremely well. I can not but thank this gentleman for his help. He is the kind of staff that Park should have. At the end of the day, I am very satisfied and enjoyed my stay at Park thanks to Sansmit. However, I would suggest that Park employs staff that take care of the guests unlike the one’s who proved their ineffiency at taking care of me on my first evening there. I will stay there again if the Park management makes sure that they have the proper staff, whose duty is to take ultimate care of it’s guests. If you run into problems there, please bringit to the management’s notice. They will take care of you. That is what I experienced and commend the manager for taking quick action to satisfy the guest.
