"Breakfast was the worst breakfast ever selection was terrible coffee was awful I had breakfast for the 10 days I only ate 3 just could not put myself through that breakfast. Overall the property and staff are very nice and welcoming. Nice short walk to buy breakfast and coffee so did not need to complain and make a big issue of that experience as the rest was great. "

"We had a problem at our bathroom.. there was a leaking coming out of the bath that nobody came to check after I told the staff. The fire show was amazing.. food and buffet was great but there’s room for improvement"

"For a luxury accomumodation I would expect more. The overall location of the property is beautiful however the staff could have been more helpful especially the reception as they are long to answer and accommodate your needs"

"We had a top floor side sea view room which was very spacious. The finishing were a little tired but adequate. Great pool areas separating children’s pool with adults. Breakfast choice great if you like Indian food however otherwise we found it quite bland. The staff in reception were really helpful allowing us to upgrade smoothly. The main disappointment was that the beach was separated by a busy road and we found the water not great for swimming. Otherwise a great location for exploring Ao Nang. "

"Clean room, but super Rude staff omg!!! One of the very first.. asked an Iron and requested to set up the iron board.. the staff literally banged iron on my clothes and set it to full heat .. denied when we requested ice for a hurt that was caused by improper set up of the iron borad which fell on my feet… just was waiting to get out of the hotel and the staffs rude looks.it was a gals trip hence was even scared to complain."
