"The overall experience is great. Location is very convenient, right next to Tokyo Station. Under the station, there are many restaurants and stores. It’s great for shopping and dining. Room is very clean, bed is very comfortable. Although, it’s close to the train station, we didn’t hear any noise. Staff is very friendly. We used the luggage delivery service. It was handled very well. We are very happy with our stay and definitely will come back next time in Tokyo."
