"Everyone was very professional, nice and welcoming. Room was cozy, clean and perfect. The little store inside was a true life savior with anything you forgot to pack and more! Pool wasn’t heated but still enjoyable; jacuzzi was fabulous. Food at the restaurant was a bit pricey but worth it. Also don’t forget to bring your basketball or tennis rackets because their courts are official! Lazy river had a slide which was great too! We forgot a bag but was able to pick it up the very next day. "

"Overall our one night stay was amazing. It was in a good location close to the parks and also around food areas. The room was clean and spacious and very modern. The staff was friendly and helpful during the stay. The breakfast was really good for a hotel buffet. Food was fresh with options and tasted good! My only issue which was very minimal was th check in process took a long time. It was late when we got there and only 2 people working the desk so they were trying their best and still friendly even when other guest kept interrupting them. The next morning for breakfast, we didn’t get our tickets at check in that we paid for so we had to go back and get them so make sure you get the tickets in case your room isn’t on the list. Overall experience was good with the small hiccups. I would definitely return to this hotel and can’t wait to see when the rest is finished! "

"The staff was very nice, lazy river area was very large, the rooms are to update and were very clean. The only issue I had was the photos online, did not represent the room I actually had. For example there was no jacuzzi tub in the two room villa, even tho there was photos of it and listed as it did. There is ton of restaurants within 5 mins of the hotel and aleast to the Orlando Outlets it’s about 35ish mins with traffic. "
