"New hotel, just built. Very European in style, minimalism. Bed is comfy, AC is cold. Parking per day charge was a surprise (not posted on Expedia site). Had to sign a 45-page rules of the hotel document. Also a surprise. Free breakfast was...meh. usual powdered scambled egss, cubed potatoes, bacon, sausage patties, cereal, juice, coffee, toast/bagels, sliced cheese. DIY waffles."

"Our restroom was not working, carpet was wet and fridge was leaking. We got charged twice for the deposit fee and didn’t realize it until we left the property. We asked to be moved from rooms or have the problems listed abogue fixed but they didn’t do anything until we asked them again. They ended up moving us to a room close to where all the house keepers stay so it was very loud. "

"Large convention hotel. Nice amenities (pool we used) pricey with lots of charges ( not exclusive to this property). Was charged for “premium” WiFi which I didn’t sign up for… or use. Overall a nice product "

"The rooms could use an update or at least a deep clean. Dirty baseboards. Mildew around windows. Beds were clean and comfortable. Served its purpose for price. No sign of any bugs."

"Pictures are deceiving, property is run down and could use updating. Upon check in I was given a room that was either occupied or hadn't been cleaned - the beds were not made and there was a water bottle on the night stand. Was provided another room that was dirty, had hair by the tub, floor didn't appear to be washed. Ledges were dirty and unwiped."
