On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in. Stayed during a trip to Harry Potter Studios. Lovely rural area, the pub and restaurant was well presented as was our room. The room could do with updating a little especially the bathroom but it was more then acceptable. The service we received was friendly and helpful. We ate there in the evening and the food was good. All in all very pleased with our stay!
